Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to love your purchase from Dune. Studios. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging/condition. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
